Salina Lopez is a lecturer at California State Monterey Bay and a PhD candidate in General Psychology with an emphasis in Performance Psychology whose research explores Culturally Relevant Teaching in University Classrooms. Her Jr. College level experience includes teaching several psychology courses, participated on the college planning council and academic senate. Most recently, Salina provides instruction in Liberal Studies – Human Development, First Year Seminar, Extended Education, Teaching, Learning, and Assessment and serves as a Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Analyst at California State University Monterey Bay which has provided her with invaluable experience in Critical Digital Pedagogy.
