Dr. Lucy Rai is Director of PRAXIS Scholarship and Innovation Centre and senior lecturer in social work. Lucy was the academic champion on the digital innovation project, Minerva (https://minerva.open.ac.uk/). From 2012- 2016 she was Associate Dean Learning and Teaching for the Faculty of Health and Social Care. Lucy is editor of the Journal of Learning Development in Higher Education and Open Learning: Journal of Open, distance and eLearning. Lucy’s main areas of research and publication is researching student writing and identity. Over the past few years Lucy has been working with Sean Michael Morris on several projects including supporting the expression of practice based educators identities as scholars through reflective narratives.
