Critical Pedagogy and STEM

DPL 2019 Workshops Oct 01, 2020

Are you STEM (including social science) faculty? Are you wondering how you are going to integrate the ideas you’ve learned at the Digital Pedagogy Lab into your STEM classroom? Then THIS is the workshop for you!

The nature of our STEM classes differs from many Humanities courses in that our content is more rigid and more relied upon for next level course success. So to be able to integrate the ideas introduced by the DPL sometimes takes a bit of creativity. This workshop will help its participants see what they are already doing in the classroom that will allow them to integrate the ideas and the curricular changes embraced by the DPL. The workshop will also have virtual participation via Zoom conferencing so that folks not at the DPL can participate. Come join us!
